Parents/Guardians,
The Athletic Department at West Haven High School wants to remind students/athletes planning to play a Fall sport, that they need to have a sports physical to try out for any sport at WHHS. Physical forms can be uploaded to PowerSchool, or a hard copy can be handed to the nurse at WHHS.
In addition to a sports physical, Parents/Guardians must sign and submit ALL athletic forms found under Athletics on PowerSchool.
