The West Haven High School Class of 2023 graduated on Monday, June 12, 2023, on the turf at Ken Strong Stadium. This exceptional class has excelled academically and looks to send more than 300 students to college, a trade school, or join the Armed Forces next year.

“I could not be more proud of our students and the resilience they have shown over the last four years,” said WHHS Principal Dana Paredes. “They are not only academically gifted, but also excel in extracurricular activities, and service to their school and community. I can't wait to see what the future holds for them.”

Among the list of schools that our graduates will attend are Ivy League institutions Yale University and Princeton University, as well as Wesleyan University from the prestigious NESCAC. Headlining this year’s seniors are Valedictorian Vittoria Favia, who plans to attend Rutgers University in the fall, and Salutatorian Yaju Pradhan, who will attend Wesleyan.
